Expert Guidance from a licensed professional
Kristina is a Licensed Family Paws® Parent Educator* who offers customized coaching packages for parents designed to support you and your dog through the many stages of child development. Babies and toddlers grow and change so much in the first years; it is important to receive updated recommendations to help you adapt to these changes. From pre and post-natal through toddlerhood and beyond, Kristina can help you to create a harmonious home.
Choose your level of support
As every family’s needs and challenges are unique, Kristina offers several options for you to choose what level of support you would like to receive:
Individual Consultation
This option is best for the family that wants short-term support and includes:
- A pre-consultation review of your intake and history form.
- The Dogs & Storks or Dogs & Toddlers webinar plus relevant handouts.
- A one-hour consultation via Zoom where we will assess your current concerns and issues.
- Safety recommendations you can immediately implement as well as tips and information relevant to your current situation.
- Two 30-minute Zoom follow-up sessions.
Trainer on Retainer program
Babies grow and change so much in the first few years as they move through their various stages of development. Each developmental stage brings with it new movements, sounds, and equipment that are novel experiences for your dog. Many dogs find the stage of developing mobility (rolling over, crawling, walking) particularly challenging. It is important to update and adapt recommendations to support your unique family through all these changes.
This is why Kristina offers Trainer-On-Retainer options where you choose the length of time to receive support. This model has provided many families with peace of mind as they navigate all the changes of the first few years of a baby’s life.
Compared to Individual Consultations, Trainer-On-Retainer packages help to increase safety and decrease stress while providing additional services and value.
Here’s what you can expect with each one-month, three-month, or six-month package:
Everything in the Initial Consultation PLUS:
- Unlimited virtual meetings via the use of the Marco Polo video app for questions, demos, and support as often as you wish/ need.
- Zoom meetings as needed.
- Email/ text support as needed.
- Handouts specific to your baby’s developmental stages to guide your progress and activities.
- Dogs & Toddlers webinar and other relevant videos.
Why sign up for one of Kristina's positive, fun, and practical babies and dogs coaching packages?
- Research has shown that ongoing support through the baby’s changing developmental stages is incredibly helpful for families with dogs.
- It’s not all on you—a professional helps to dramatically increase safety and decrease stress and strife while you and your dog adjust to life with baby and toddler.
- It’s flexible and convenient; you get to choose in-person coaching (in Santa Barbara, Goleta, and Carpinteria) or virtual coaching in the comfort of your own home.
